The WorkBC Assistive Technology Services program, operated by Neil Squire, helps people who face obstacles in their employment-related activities by providing access to assistive technology. The program provides funding for supports such as assistive devices, equipment and technology, ergonomic and restorative supports, communication and hearing devices related to work, workplace access and modification, and vehicle modifications. The program is not only for those who are working; it’s also available to those who are job searching through WorkBC Employment Services. Supports available through

Concierge Security Guards –
Our Concierges are Customer Service Ambassadors, responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, providing excellent customer service, answering phone calls, receiving packages and answering tenant inquiries. In addition to customer service, our Concierge Guards are responsible for security functions including access control, patrolling the interior and exterior premises (parking lots, stairwells, hallways and common areas), providing detailed incident reports, and coordinating with police and other emergency providers if required.
Customer Service & Security Professionals –
As a full-time or part-time security guard, you'll be responsible for the protection of people and assets by patrolling designated areas, identifying, and reporting safety hazards and reporting security breaches, as well as completing all reporting and radio check-ins. Other duties may include responding to alarms and emergencies and controlling access to the site. You will provide excellent customer service to our clients and guests, while providing a visual security presence to deter and detect unauthorized guests.
BC Liquor Retail Security Officer –
As a Retail Security Officer (RSO) you will be posted at the store entrance/exit or locations that have been identified as high loss to act as a visual security deterrence. RSOs are not expected nor permitted to apprehend shoplifters. As RSOs are often the first and last image a customer has of the retailer, we are seeking candidates that can demonstrate high-quality customer service and always portray a professional image.
